Hey there Tug Hill riders!
My name is Erik. Originally from Sauquoit in Oneida county. Just relocated from Alaska to the Wash DC area following my wife’s career. Spent 26 years in the Greatland and I have a lot of backcountry experience.
I debated for a bit whether to sell the sleds but last year’s Tug Hill snow reports convinced me to hang on to them. Currently on a 2012 Pro RMK 800 with a 163” skid, so I imagine I’ll stick out a bit.
Looking to get some snow under my butt in the next few weeks so if anyone would like to play seeing eye dog I’ll buy the beers at days end—I DO NOT drink and ride.
And, of course if anyone is interested in info on Alaska hit me up. Attached Images

Welcome to the forum. If you already have not done so, we have a forum topic for setting up a share ride with other members. Also, if you are riding The Hill, there are a number of members who would enjoy riding with you when you arrive.
If you have pictures, video or stories of your adventures in Alaska, I believe most of us here would enjoy you sharing those.
